Yes it does. Per ATI Radeon site for X300

http://ati.amd.com/products/radeonx300/specs.html

Additional Features

# Dual integrated display controllers

I am assuming you installed the ATI Catalyst Control Center

If not go here and download it

http://ati.amd.com/support/driver.html

Plug in a monitor in each port/

Right click on screen and select "ATI Catalyst Control Center"

Under "Graphics Settings" select and click on "Displays Manager"

Click on "detect Displays" or #2 Box and enable the #2 display.

Both of the ports need to be on the videocard itself. I do not know if this card supports dual monitors but I will check.

By the looks of this url is does not support dual monitors.

X300 isn't the main contemporary and superb of video chipsets, despite the fact that it would have the ability to putting out 1920 with the aid of 1200. you'll be able to ought to acquire the main contemporary video drivers of the ATI internet site.
