My LCD monitor didn't work, "test good" message appeared.?

My LCD monitor didn't work. When I turned it on, a message "test good" appeared. Anyone knows how to fix it?

If the monitor passes the power on self-test, then you can start by checking the video cable connections---unplug the cable from both ends and plug it in again---nice and tight.



If that doesn't work, try another cable.



You can also take the monitor to another computer to see if it works.



If the computer worked with another monitor, and your monitor works with another computer and cable, then it's the cable--not too expensive.
