Follow these steps to clean your LCD monitor:
1. Turn off the computer and display
2. Use water only to dampen a lint-free cloth. Do not spray liquid directly on the screen
3. Wipe the screen
You can also use a mild glass cleaner that contains no alcohol or ammonia, available at most office supply stores. You might also try a product called Klear Screen, http://www.klearscreen.com/

in simple terms use a moist (with water) lint loose fabric, wipe gently then use yet another (dry) fabric and wipe again. ensure that the exhibit is carefully dry as even water can damage an liquid crystal exhibit exhibit if left on it. do no longer use detergents, cleaners or the different nonsense as those will genuinely damage your exhibit in the longer time period. do no longer difficulty with really formulated cleansing cloths from computer shops as those are a rip off, all you want is nice previous tap water.

You could use a paper towel or a SLIGHTLY wet paper towel and wipe it down while the POWER IS OFF.
