I run windows vista on my laptop and have had an ongoing display issue ever since I bought it. The first time I booted it up it would shut down periodically, unannounced. (driver issues it said)
So I (using the restart disks) set it back to it's original factory setting. Luckily it no longer shuts down but the display is constantly flickering red and green.
Also, sometimes when I try to check my e-mail in the morning, it has no display at all, so I have to unplug it and yank the battery out and try again.
If anybody has any information on what I can do about this it would be much appreciated.
