How to put 3 computer monitors to a computer?

So i kind of know a little.

Is this video card compatible with the computer to hook up the three monitors? XFX (HD545XYNH2) ATI Radeon HD5450 512MB DDR2 VGA/DVI/HDMI Low-Profile PCI-Express Video Card.

So this is my plan to hook up the three monitors. Do you think it will work? If not, Tell me what i should buy?

I have a dell xps 8300 and I have three screens hooked up . i used the video card in the computer for the first two , then bought a Display link UV195 adapter to hook up the third monitor though a usb port

Sorry, you need an ATI card for up to 3 monitors. (Eyefinity).

nVidia doesn't do the job.
