Also, try to move your mouse cursor down to the very bottom of your screen, and see if the mouse cursor turns into a double-arrow pointer. If it does, this means you dragged the taskbar off the screen. Hold down the left mouse button and drag it back up on the screen.

Start (press the windows key on the keyboard if you can't see the start button) --> Control Panel --> Taskbar and Start Menu --> Uncheck "Auto-hide the taskbar" if it is checked --> Check "lock the taskbar"--> Apply --> OK

Is it set to hide? You can change this in the "Taskbar and START menu properties". If you shrunk it, you can simply resize it into view. Hope that helps.

It can be set to hide
or can be resized
if it is still not coming
press ctrl alt delete
go to processes tab
check if explorer.exe is there if not go to application tab
choose new task and type explorer.exe choose ok
if it is still not coming i dont no
