how to connect PC to sony bravia 3d tv?

i have purchased recently sony 3d tv and i want to connect PC to TV as well as monitor both simultaneously to watch contents present on CPU. My current graphic card doesn't have HDMI out so can just installing new graphic card and purchasing HDMI cable will solve my problem? how much it will cost? Please reply

What graphic card do you using?

most of the graphic card can use DVI to HDMI adapter or DVI to HDMI cable so you don't need to buy a new card.

but some of them can carried audio sound via HDMI too(need to use specific adapter or cable to make it work)
