My montior is not rendering properly!?

Question

When i start up my computer, the res is wrong (the bottom is on the top and vice versa) and i dont know how to change it on the montior. It isnt the tower itself, it has been checked out, the rest is at the lowest on the montior, and i use the 12-- x 10__ something something hz... on the desktop..does this make sense..probably not :(

right--click on the desktop somewhere, (not on an Icon...)



choose 'properties', the Display Properties window will open. click the settings tab, and you will find the controls there to adjust your screen resolution and color.

Have you tried Degaussing it? What happens in Safe Mode?
