Yes, I am using incredimail-xe, and there email program is great..I can choose what I want to use, example= a barking dog, a quacking duck, a butler, who says, your mail sir, or your mail madam, and many others..You can also pick the background, of your emails, that you send..They have many other cool features..Here is there website, if you want to take a look..Oh, and its Free..

I don't, but it depends what website you got to for your E-mails. I know there are some that do that, but not all.
