Does anyone know this cursor's name?

Ok, I'm trying to find this cursor so bad!
It is just a normal looking cursor, but when you click on something, "green circles come out" or other colors. If you think you have an idea of what I'm talking about please post. Thank You!

See it is not a cursor. it is some kind of software that changes the cursor and lighten up (in the colors of your choice.) in Green when you click somewhere.



I think it should work only in some Specific software/game only. but if you have seen it working with all application then there is certainly a software is doing that.



Try to find that software and download it.

its on your cursor properties, when you get to it check a box that says "locate cursor"
